Listing Shipping/Handling Fees:
Listing Shipping/Handling Fees vary based on merchandise dollar amount. All ship fees listed in our Yahoo listings are for delivery within the continental 48 US States.
For ship fees outside the continental 48 continental US states, Buyer must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 219/879-6366 during office hours for a shipping fee quote. Our offices are open Mon thru Thurs only .. between 9:30 am & 3:00 pm CST. We are closed Fri/Sat & Sun. Orders placed on our non-business days will be processed on the following business day.
Sales Tax: 7% - Applicable to IN residents ONLY.
Payment Methods: We accept in US Dollars only:
For continental US orders, we accept Paypal, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, personal check or money order. In checkout, use the Paypal button to make payment via Paypal. For other credit card options, just click the Continue Button and it will offer other payment options such as AMEX, M/C, VISA and Discover.
Note - Personal Checks require 5 business days to clear before mdse can be shipped. Everything else ships same day as payment receipt. Money orders are treated like cash and are shipped the same day.
Store ship-to locations -
We ship to the continental 48 United States ONLY via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. 1st and 2nd Day delivery is available but at additional cost to the BUYER (contact us in advance of placing order for details). All ship fees contained in our listings in Yahoo are for continental 48 US state delivery only.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS please note - All listing ship fees stated in our Yahoo Store are for the 48 state continental US delivery only.
If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or the US territories, additional postage may be required.
International Customers - Payment must be made in US Dollars via Paypal. No other forms of payment are accepted at this time. Customer Service & Return Policies:
ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. THE RMA # MUST APPEAR ON THE BOX OTHERWISE IT WILL BE REFUSED BY OUR RETURNS/EXCHANGES LOCATIONS.
If you have a problem with a product ... first ... call Customer Service at: 219.879.6366 Mon through Thurs ONLY, between 9:30am-3:00pm CST and explain the problem you are having. They will be happy to assist you in getting the problem resolved.
Return Authorization (RMA) #s are REQUIRED to return products. ALL returns MUST have a RMA # obtained from our customer service dept BEFORE any mdse is returned to us.
Our Policies: No returns after 10 days from ship date.
Any authorized returns MUST be "unused" and "in their original box with all orig packing". We do NOT accept returns of used merchandise or merchandise in damaged boxes. No exceptions.
No returns on health supplements, food products & skin or hair care products due to state health codes. No exceptions.
Within 10 days of ship date, we will credit your account or return your money (less the original ship fees) or exchange the product for another. A 20% restock fee applies to ALL returns.
On authorized returns, customers must use an insured carrier and insure the product for the value paid and retain the carrier's receipt as proof of insurance as we are NOT responsible for returns lost in transit by a carrier.
Additional Store Information:
Product Repairs: Secrets Shared is only a distributor of its manufacturers' products and does not get involved with any product repairs. Any mdse that requires repair, must be sent back directly to the mfr. Mfr's contact information is located either on instruction pamphlet inside or on the outside of the box.
Product Warranties and Guarantees: Many of our products come with manufacturer's guarantees or warranties. Secrets Shared does NOT itself give any guarantees or warranties on any of the products. You must contact the manufacturer of the product for any guarantee or warranty issues.
Customer Service & Warehouse Shipping Hours -
Mon through Thurs ONLY … between 9:30 am – 3:00 pm CST. We are always closed on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.
Orders entered from Thursday late afternoon through Sunday nights will be processed on the following Mondays.
